Expressions of interest and tender preparation (methodology, Key Expert CVs, financial offer, etc);
Identification of international tenders that can be of interest for ALTAIR;
Follow-up on business opportunities;
Project exchange and negotiation with possible partners in Europe and/or in the beneficiary countries;
Search and negotiations with senior and junior experts in charge of carrying out future field work;
Periodic travel abroad might be required.
A Master’s/postgraduate degree in Development Cooperation or other related area will be an asset.
Ideally 7 years of professional general experience;
Ideally 5 years of proven experience working with cooperation projects in the business development area of a consultancy firm or similar;
Proven experience working with EU procedures and manuals for tendering, call for proposals, etc, under the EU project cycle management approach;
Professional experience working with multilateral and/or bilateral donors, especially the EU, will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French (fully fluent): capacity to write technical documents and exchange emails on a daily basis; ability to hold conversations and negotiations with the experts, partners and institutions.
