This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment officer to work in an international environment.
You will partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment of skilled and talented staff from all around the world - including scientific researchers, software developers and functional specialists in finance, communications, administrative and research support.
Reporting to the HR Recruitment Lead, you will advise hiring managers and be responsible for all aspects of individual recruitment campaigns and the onboarding of successful candidates.
As the first point of contact for job applicants and candidates you will take care to ensure they have a positive impression and experience of our Institute.
In our fast-paced environment you will draw on your previous experience and excellent organisational skills to prioritise effectively and deliver within tight timescales.
Delivering a high quality recruitment service relies on ownership by each team member, and strong teamwork within the EMBL-EBI recruitment team, the wider HR function and with recruitment colleagues in EMBL headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany.
